So I got this e-mail today regarding my old support tickets which never got answered?

Hi there

Your MechWarrior Online Support Ticket # 155228 has been without an update for a period of at least 30 days, and as a result it has triggered an experimental automated closure mechanism. This system is in place to help alleviate the current backlog of support tickets by removing tickets that may have already been resolved but have not yet received a follow-up.

It's possible that your issue is still ongoing and has not been resolved. If this is the case, we apologize sincerely for the delay or lack of response and for its inclusion in this closure system.
If your issue has been left unresolved or if an error has been made in its processing, please respond to that original ticket within at least 7 days letting us know and we will respond ASAP.

Sincerely,

The Piranha Games Support Staff

So what is this now? PGI closing support tickets and NEVER BOTHERING TO ANSWER OR FOLLOW THEM UP?

Why should it be up to us to follow up on them? So standard practice now is to close all tickets regardless? Why don't you just close all outstanding support tickets now anyway PGI - since you don't bother answering - just answering the ones regarding real money purchases!

New players take note - this is what you will get for supporting MW:0!

no, what I get for supporting MW, is a great game and continuing development, and incredible customer service. I have sent several tickets about several issues, and they have been very professional and I am completely satisfied. Have they ever dropped the ball, of course. Hmmm, that sounds familiar....cause I drop the ball too occasionally. You do too.

Maybe send a pm to one of the devs in here with your issue.

With the shift from IGP to PGI and again with Niko leaving I'm sure some things slipped through the cracks by accident.
