This system is in place to help alleviate the current backlog of support tickets by removing tickets that may have already been resolved but have not yet received a follow-up.

So what is this now? PGI closing support tickets and NEVER BOTHERING TO ANSWER OR FOLLOW THEM UP?
Why should it be up to us to follow up on them? So standard practice now is to close all tickets regardless? Why don't you just close all outstanding support tickets now anyway PGI - since you don't bother answering - just answering the ones regarding real money purchases![/color]
