Just had an amazing match. IS vs Clanners (I was in the IS team). We had a pretty much equal match, sometimes we had the same number of kills, sometimes the clanners had +4-5 kills. And then, in the last minute and a half (by that time we were 32:37 for the clanners in kills) we went full rush and won 39:38 in almost the last moment. The 39th kill happened at 00:03.
The best counter attack match I had so far :)

Games like that don't exist, haven't you read the forums? Its either a roflstomp, zerg, or camp. You sir are as mythical as a unicorn. Or a mech....

Actually I've had some really good games, both as pug, as a small unit, and as a 12 man in the new CW. My closest match was against a gaggle of green birds. We went back and forth the entire match, they even pushed out to our spawn on hellebore. The score ended 32 to 31, but really good tactics and use of terrain made for really good match.

Mythical... I'll have you know that we are far from mythical.

In all seriousness though, been having some amazing CW games with a group of about 5-6 of us over in ELP, and the rest just single "pug" players.

If everyone get's on the ball, and follows even a bad plan quickly, things go relatively smooth. even in IS vs Clan matches.

Had some great matches last night too, won some, lost some. Including a match where we were getting seriously wiped, and actually (finally) closed in and brawled on the third wave and turned the tide. It's times like last night that keep me playing. The new 'counter-attack' mode could use some tweaks, but it's definitely a keeper.

Props to the teams we (-SA-) faced last night.

there are a lot of pilots who hate the new counter attack, but I love it. Minus the "Omega requirement". it should be all about the kills.

Omega is there to stop the team from sitting back forcing the other team to push, which isn't the point as they just had to attack a fully loaded base and deserve to sit back



Also this is a lie, clans are OP and ALWAYS win, always always, the mythical 9s and 5ss, or broken firestarter need more buffs.
