Hi there, first post, long time player.

Anway the other day duplicates of the anniversary mechs Centurion, Atlas and King crab all appeared in my mechlab, great I suppose for those who did not have them, not so great for me. It's quite generous to recieve them in the first place but really the duplicates serve no use for me and I would like to clean up my mechbay a little and be able to sell them or at least remove them. As of right now they are giant white eyesores that will remain inactive unless at some point we are allowed to sell/remove them.

I guess that was my concern.

you are stuck with them, but you can strip them for parts to put in other mechs or sell for c-bills. That is what I did.

That's too bad for now. I just hope down the line they allow those who don't want them to be able to sell/remove them.

They really should allow people to put mechs into a separate "storage" mechlab so you don't have to see them on the main page.

That way you can hide mechs you don't want to see but don't want to/can't sell.

The duplicate mechs seem to be a punishment for buying urbanmech, I guess. It would be nice to be able to vendor them rather than just strip them for parts.

You should be so lucky to receive dupes. I was too loyal and bought the highest tier resistance pack on launch so I don't qualify for this round of giveaways.

A good idea, I opened a poll here: http://mwomercs.com/...-mothball-area/

I bought resistance pack on launch too, so I guessed urbanmech was the cause.

I just want my box of four ready mechs back. (Though ten would be better).

Well, I suppose you could always run weird and alternate builds on the duplicates.

3 LRM5 Centurion AH FTW! Maybe can fit an A/C5 on there too and keep it quick.

The idea to allow more filtering options, including letting the player choose specific mechs to hide away with a "storage" flag, is great.

The annoyance is tied with a lot of other lacking UI features, such as not being able to view mechlab assets in list form instead of icons, filtering cockpit items by items owned, ammo by weapons equipped, and so on.

Hopefully there will be some kind of general overhaul that implements normal UI standards to the game, fingers crossed. I assume that there is a common denominator between the horrid UI and the atrociously unprofessional and outdated state of the website (Lacking features, outdated information, tutorial videos made in the old UI and so on), since those two require a lot of the same skillsets.

PGI needs a UI/web designer that is of the boring-technical-efficiency-nerd-obsessed-with-web-standards-and-system-consistency type. :)

My first round of loyalty mechs was unexpected and quite nice. The second round is annoying and frustrating - please for all that you hold dear and holy let me sell or trade or do something with the ones I don't want - honestly at this juncture it feels more like a punishment than a gift.

y u no urbie?

I also bought the Resistance pack too quickly, but URBIE TO THE RESCUE! I'll actually use the extra KGC and Atlas-S because I have two commonly used builds for each and get tired of swapping them back and forth.

I don't even have one build for the Cent-AH though. Just can't find anything worth the effort.

Welcome to the club! I sent a mail to support... but I still have not received an answer.

I would but I just dropped $80 on Resistance and $100 on MC during the holidays. I was hoping that would last me most of 2015. I don't know how much thought was put into the arbitrary December 16th cut-off date.

I think the main problem is that the current structure of the anniversary mechs with the Dec 16th cut-off is that it leaves out the customers that purchased the top tier $80 Resistance pack on day one which really should not happen. I mean maybe I could ask support to downgrade my Resistance pack so that I can upgrade it again?? I already qualified for all bonus mechs in the first round with the Overlord pack.
