i think that kitfox is the best fun mech and also it is very interesting, (ecm and 3 ams), but, for a light, 106 km/h is too little; it is too brakable, so, could you improve its velocity? maybe to 115-120 km/h (elite) ?

Kit Fox is my favorite light. Anti-meta playstyle, lots of support equipment, and the clan XL for a bit extra survivability as a light.
It plays like a medium support mech but for the cost of a light in the drop que. Boosting its speed would really take away what is so special about it.
If the Kit Fox needs buffs, let the quirk pass give it buffs that play to its strengths. Energy weapon heat reduction would be especially nice. (as with all the support equipment on board, you can't really put extra heatsinks in, and since it can only have 3 energy hardpoints, you can make the bonuses big without worrying about boating)
Also, the KFX-C will help a bit too as we'll get a left arm with 2 energy and 2 ballistic slots in it. So 3 energy + 4 machine guns.
