My Consumable Slot 1 Is Bugging Out And Randomly Activating

So, whenever I play with any mech my consumable slot 1 activates all on its own randomly and wastes it... I even changed key binds and it still did it.. The hell???

I had to go and remove from each and every mech all the module slot 1 items I had equipped :\
