I think I misunderstood the whole thing so maybe someone here can clarify.

I got my brother the $40 Urbanmech package. So when he cashed the gift code in he got some stuff (that had been released). Now I think he already had the Atlas or Centurion from before because he had preordered a clan Warhawk, and also had bought plenty of MC and been plenty active... but with the PGI Anniversary deal and his preorder of the Urbanmech, should he not have recieved a(nother) Atlas or Centurion, and Crab as well?

Thanks in advance

According to the other two comments. Yes, he should have got another atlas, centurion, and a King Crab. If he hasn't, contact support. From what I hear they will either never respond, or be really helpful and make sure he gets them. The latter seems to be more common recently, so you shouldn't have any issues!

Did you just purchase it? It took an hour or so before I got mine.

I purchased the Urbie pack the first day or two it was available, but only received the duplicate mechs a few days ago, a couple days after the loyalty redux was announced. It can take a day or two.

Yeah, as said it can take a lil while for the system to fully register it.
As long as it was redeemed before Feb 28th (in 2-3 weeks), you'll get the reward mechs.
Try logging in and out a few times and if they haven't arrived in a day or so contact support.

TBH, 6 Mechs including 4 mini-Heros, 2 Assaults and 5 AC20's is pretty good.
Also, honestly a little miffed, while the duplicates are nice and all, I had to have bought MC, a Preorder and a top level pack to get all 3, now for $40 anyone who buys and Urbie Collectors gets them all.
Honestly, 80-90% of the reason I'm OK with it, is it'll push a lot of people to get Urbie packs or upgrade to Collectors, increasing the popularity of it.
Though I'd have honestly rather see an 'Anniversary Reward' with something different...
Maybe a set of Unique Geometry Phoenix mechs?
Maybe I just want another Locust with a 30% C-Bill bonus, who knows.
Though free extra variants of something would be nice.
3-6 Shiny new extra variants that need little to no work at all...
