Even with good games, I feel like I dont get what I see others get with the screenshots of their games...

I swear ppl are getting in the 300k without prem time.

they are not. and if they are, they stripped every enemy mech, got every kill, and even then I don't know if thats possible.

most games breaking 200K are premium boosters and/or using C-bill boost mechs.

You can reach 500k with those boosters, but those are the once every hundred games, where there's the right amount of Derp on both teams.

Highest I have on record without boosters is 290k, and that was an exceptional game. That's roughly 522k at the 180% boost.

One more Solo kill would have made it 300k, but the team wouldn't let me do that.



To get max Cbills, grind components. You get more Cbills per component, as well as increasing your odds to get a Most Damage Dealt reward. IS mechs can also get an ammo explosion, which pads your damage very nicely, and should net you a Most Damage Dealt and Solo Kill.
Be wasteful with damage.

Thats a decent enough pay out, even my by QQ standards. I kinda wish they were a bit more. 1st game I wish paid 200-220K while the 2nd game, you actually got paid pretty well.

I think its simply the number of assists. Maybe its time to invest into a LRM Hero mech...

I don't think there are any LRM heros. you are better off buying A locust, putting in the biggest engine, and putting an ERLL on it, then just jabbing everything with it.

Without premium, I'd say If you're making more than 100K you're doing merely ok, more than 150K is great.

Well just yesterday I got 311K cbills in my commando, its not a Hero and no prem time. I don't have any screenshots so I guess that kinda questions the integrity of my post but ive gotten quite a few games with 300+k cbills, so it is possible. And you also don't have to strip every mech either

If I can give you an opinion of mine:

CW! Make 4 builds that work for you and that can do 2k+ damage in one CW match. Ballistics, missiles or Thunderbolts work well, but so do LL Stalkers and so on. Form a drop deck.
Then, do CW. You will get rewards as well as LPs, which will cumulate and give you gradually better rewards for getting new ranks. That is part of your rewards, that additional income will come in handy.
Second part of the plan is getting mechbays and MCs from the rewards. Eventually you should have enough to either get a premium account for a month (very bad investment!) or buy a hero light that is very strong (Huginn, Ember) and farm c-bills with this little rascal.

It might require some dedication but it is a great way of getting some stuff you woul dotherwise have to pay for (mechbays).

also it depends on how you kill. "kill steals" are low value war,e while solo kills or at leats most damage kills give a good bunch of extra money. If you make a laod of damage and spread it, especially across many mechs, you may get a lot less money.

you firsts creen: too less assists = low money.

flankings, hit and runs, are all valuebale a lot money.
