shouldn't there be a question mark or something somewhere in that title? Only reason I clicked was I thought you knew something, not you thought you read something on the internets but it's gone now.

No, exactly the opposite. I was hoping to find the post so as to call the poster on his claim.

I don't know, but the only people from PGI who were 'on the board' with IGP were Russ and occasionally Bryan. Calling them board members is a huge stretch, however.
