Please Throw A Bone At Sad Adders And Ferrets Pgi

Adders have nothing going for them. A mech that has 35 ton class armor, is very slow, has no JJs, has no ecm...nothing.
Ferrets only occupy a medium slot. (gotta go fast)
I think something like this will make them a little bit less bad
Adders:
-20% energy heat (prime arms)
-20% ERPPC heat (prime arms)
+10% speed buff
armor/structure buffs to all components
-25% missile cooldown (A arms)
faster accel/stop rate
Ferrets:
Give it -100% heat reduction on everything
200% more range on everything
50% cooldown on everything
armor buff on every component
...
...
and even then it wont be a threat.

Ferret is out of omnipods, we'll have to see. 5 SPLs doesn't sound terrible, just not great.

And my mist lynx could use something...that poor 25 ton gundam with 7 tons of locked equipment.

ferrets will always be losers, every mech without E hardpoints in Torsi that can also not mount proper ballistics in torsi are lost mechs.
I need to say, survivability in my adder feels fine, its alight yet not that squishy. Sure a FS9 is more tanky, but mostly because broken hitreg, we whould not buff mechs because of a broken feature.

The F would be the 4 E arms, with a RT mounted Jesus Box.
The G is 4 MGs+1E per arm, with 2 leg mounted lasers(which would both fit in the RT).
Both would give the Lynx a meaningful purpose.

As for the Ferret, it would be nice to see the hitboxes adjusted, it seems to suffer from the same glass jaw problem it had in MW4. I do enjoy its speed though, its nice to play a clan mech that goes over 100kph without speed tweak just wish it was better optimized for its tonnage (ie smaller engine).
