Honestly.

Looking at the packages...

No, I'm probably not.

I will think on it, but honestly, I'm not that fussed about the Arctic Cheetah (though I'll definately C-Bill is), or the Shadow Cat, so may just A La Carte the Ebon Jaguar.

The rewards are just not good enough to warrant it.
Same as the last pack (some duplicates), but mostly a waste, and that's a lot of what made it worth getting the previous packs.
Cheap mechs, heroes, and enough extras to make it more than worth it.

Even though I want all lights, and without those special bonuses, don't think it's nessacarily worth cashmonies...

I would drop $50...hell $120 for a Madcat Mk.II...but I might drop some on the Shadowcat package...or just the mech its self.

Packs to be complete the mech and the faction camo, content, finnished and ready for the first mech not the last one or two.

CW to be interesting.

CW to have the camo and decal rewards for advancing like we were told we would get, not the floating title and a few mech bays..

wolverine and thud Hero's

some of the unseen to be added (warhammer)

a new mech pack with:

cougar (light)
uziel (medium)
nova cat (heavy)
blood asp (assault)

or some new weapons:

arrow IV
mrm launchers
heavy (small,medium,large) laser's
hag (20,30,40)
subnose ppc, ppc capacitators
atm launchers
light, heavy, improved guass
machinegun arrays
rotary ac's
working flamers

or maybe some improvements:

more and better maps
big update to cw
meaningfull battles
up the c-bill rewards
working jj's
active and passive sensors
normal ecm
ai tanks, helo's, infantry, battlearmor
better MM


TL;DR something big for the game

Hell, I would drop $100 if we had a persistant world for CW (Planetside style).

Make CW a persistant universe....add tanks, troops and vtol pets as modules or one time use things like coolant.

Anyone notice the lack of founders in this thread...hmmm.

I have not played in a months and months (6-9?), but have been looking at getting back into it. For me to spend money again after dropping 250-300 bucks..um jeez I don't know. The game is pretty stale still by the looks of it. New dropship mode is just more extended deathmatch.

Oh wait Co-Op PVE..I would comeback and possibly spend money again for that. I have so many Mech toys and I'm tired of doing team deathmatch. Co-Op PVP defending a base against waves like Man vs. Machine.

I was talking to a friend about this the other day, and comparing it to some of the other F2P offerings etc. World of Tanks/STO (are the first ones that come to mind), you can buy the tank or Starship for roughly the same price as some of the hero mechs in this game - however there is a huge difference. Once I get into that Tank/Ship I can be attached to that Item/ship. The problem currently exists in MWO is that I'm not attached to any of these Chassis, and there isn't a reason to be. If I had some type of specialization tree or something that would make me want to put time into these things I would really consider buying something in wave 3 etc.

I would like to say that I will stop contributing until the game gets better or we at least get what was promised years ago but I will freely admit the addiction is too deep.

I'd like to see the 12 v 12 queue turned into Solaris, and CW turned into a proper, in depth battletech RPG. With in depth logistics like travel times between planets, repair and rearm, salvage, unit/faction based mech hangars, various missions from single light mech scout missions al the way up to 48 v 48 full Assault invasion missions.

I know a lot more needs to happen in MWO before I see any of this, but I would sacrifice all my hero mechs, faction packs AND my urbie on an altar to Russ. Then ALSO pay $50 to see it. :D

Energy:
LAMS (Clan only)
Binary Laser Cannon

Ballistic:
Grenade Launcher
Light / Medium / Heavy Rifle

Missile:
Rocket Launcher 10 / 15 / 20
Mech Mortar 1 / 2 / 4/ 8

Artillery:
Any two+ of the following, though preferably AIV and Long Toms, there's no particular reason to have more than 2 though.
Arrow IV Artillery (IS+Clan) Missile
Sniper Artillery PieceBallistic
Thumper Artillery PieceBallistic
Long Tom Cannon Ballistic
Sniper Artillery Cannon Ballistic
Thumper Cannon Ballistic

I agree, I would pay $50 for some high grade PvE campaign and coop modes.

thx for posting the year they are supposed to come out. knew most of them were just ahead of our time :(
cant believe i forgot the long tom

but yeah, would love to see arrow iv, mech mortars and long tom
