Perhaps the Confederation may be a Little Sister to the Dragon and the Eagle, for they are both fiercer and larger than us.
But apparently, it takes a sister to keep two brothers from turning a scuffle into bad blood. Let one who has had the honor of sitting with the Celestial Wisdom of Sian make a suggestion, because we have no desire to attempt to put out a house fire by drowning it in cooking oil.
Members of the Combine, the warriors of the Free Worlds League are outside people. To them, the DCMS is a single face, whether it smiles or spits upon them. And professionals that they be, the sake-fueled antics of the NKVA poke them in their jimmies, which are mightily rustled. Personally, I'd suggest finding a nice Caustic Valley somewhere and just punch each other in the face for a while until you get all the bad blood out of your systems.
Members of the Free Worlds League, one would expect better from an eagle than to be enraged by baboons in uniforms. It is alliance even in the face of differences that has led to the waxing of the Marik's influence, and the understanding that good neighbors, even when they get drunk and rowdy are key to the furtherance of the Free Worlds and it's allies.
The Confederation would kindly request you settle it in a manner that does not involve mass warfare and planetary assaults on allies. Perhaps you can start with a a drinking contest, followed by who can leak "coolant" furthest off the radio towers in Alpine Peaks. Just don't go to a tattoo parlor afterwards. In that regard, I believe the Dragon has you beat in advance. At worst, there are plenty of alleyways between Atreus and Luthien in which you can settle your small differences like men.
As much as I find truth in your words, Socop is a leader amongst the DC as far as I know at this time. Thus, when he says something, it's suppose to be from their high command. Thus, it apparently isn't just a small unit (which could be ignored), but "the whole of Kurita" as Socop supposedly speaks for the DC as a whole... He's the one I have more of a problem with than the single unit calling names.

toss off is a common colloquial term for masturbating, friend. I assume you didn't want to use a phrase like that. No offense intended, I like the christian gaming crew. You guys are all right.
As I said, only one who's mind was in a gutter could connect what I was saying with that context of the word (in any serious manner). Slang and proper English are two different beasts. It is impossible to truly type something without having some term that has some other slang meaning behind it...
I do appreciate the warning though. I guess I shall have to work at avoiding some common expressions in my writing that may be misconstrued.
