The current issues with match making is that it doesn't work, period. It's purely on solo performance, which doesn't work in a team based game, so ELO just gets screwed for everyone. I mean it doesn't even base your ELO on match score, which at least would take into account assists and spotting and tagging and whatever if you're a light or medium who can't really dish out the super heavy damage and get a billion kills. Honestly I'd just prefer to see the match making go back to balancing tonnage on either team. Had a lot more close games then when it was like that.

Was not I. In the other thread someone reported being TK'd so the other player could run over and kill the 12 discos for death star.

PGI should roll back or make a note of who got death star during this period and revoke.

you cant complete the raven challange due to the fact if you are the only one in the match how do you get assist? enjoy their mistake. If and did drop in a match with only me its not my fault, I dont program the MM.

I agree...if a player team killed another just to get 12 kills on disco mechs, yeah they should take it away from him. I have to be honest, I have been playing for over a year and have never got more then 7 kills in a legit match to date. Has anyone even got a deathstar rank from legit match play? Is there a club for it?

The challenge didnt start before the hotfix... they are trying to fix the whole thing now together with the hotfix (for twisting/F button issues and some more).

Russ also said they probably will extend the challenge by 1 day and also look into Death Star/Ace titles earned today by early next week once the DB engineer is back in office.
Something I think is good. Not so much, because I dont want other death stars but because it wouldnt be worth anything anymore, cos ingame you cant proof you earned yours legit.


Should the hotfix solve the issue we can all go for the raven and its all good. So no panic

I don't think I'll ever look at a Death Star achievement the same again. Unless they publicly state that all Death Star achievements have been revoked.

I had this happen to me 2 days ago, but today it seems to have spread to everyone ...

I took a video, I thought i was stuck in some sort of limbo or something. I had no idea that the game was going to count. I just wanted my mech back from being locked.
