As7-S(L) Energy Hardpoint

I propose moving one of the energy hardpoints from the CT to the head. That way we can have a functional medium lazer instead of just a cool looking monocle in the right eye. Just sayin' this would be sweet!

ya a medium pulse, since thats the only laser i use on that Atlas
