9.5 tons of FF comes stock. About 3.5 tons from max.

On a serious note, this might be my first mech pack purchase, though have to balance out issues with money and life. I'm really hoping to pick up these guys, as all of them here have been my past favorites (except Arctic Cheetah, which I really hoped was Firemoth since that was one of my favorite lighter mechs).

I was hoping for a Firemoth as well - but since it weighs the same as the Locust but comes with an XL200....

Yes I realize TT speed was only 162 without MASC - but TT rounded speeds down - the Locust runs faster than that with a 190 - let alone a 200.

Actually TT typically rounded them up. Timber Wolf being 86 rather than 81, for example.
Speed tweak is doing that screwy little effect that you're thinking of.

(Not always rounded up, but typically.)
