Recruiting in TCAF
Now the unit pays for each recruit nearly 10 million . Although it is virtual money behind them are man-hours of the real people game who made community. Therefore, we want recruits appreciated and respected the contribution of others. Now we do not send invites anyone anyhow, because we want to make sure that person stays with us and in the future will be useful. Therefore, to get the tag of the unit, you will need to meet several conditions:

3. Select a company to join.
4. Submit your info on the forum via registration form
After you select a company, and the company will pick you, we will pay for your entry into the unit and you will be proud to wear the tag [TCAF] in the game. At the end of phase CW company commanders, based on statistics, will present the award to the most active players.
MC PAYOUT
will be paid at the end of the CW phase (~ 4 months) at the request of company commanders. The application must include a list of players submitted for the award. The list is based on game statistics Faction Pilots (Liao), which shows how a particular pilot was effective in CW. Objectives of the organization:
The main objective of TCAF is providing and sharing the positive gameplay experience of MWO as well as in-game and in real-life social interaction;

TCAF standards and regulations:
1. It is forbidden to disobey direct orders from a superior officer on the battlefield and on the TCAF forums.
2. It is forbidden to insult either members of TCAF or other players.
3. It is forbidden to abuse and deform symbols and ideology of the TCAF for any purposes.
4. It is forbidden to go into the company (12-man) battles and competetive matches in a state of extreme intoxication.
5. It is mandatory to paint mechs into a unit's specified camo pattern and colors for participation in events, leagues and Community Warfare large scale operations, ASAP. If you cannot financially afford the purchase of said camo-patterns and colors, specify that beforehand. TCAF will do it best to try to resolve the issue if you've proven worthy of it.
6. It is mandatory to participate in group matches and training fights at least once a week in order to qualify for competetive membership. TCAF also perform mandatory member gatherings on Wednesdays and/or Saturdays of each week. If for some reason you haven't visited Teamspeak for over a week, this shall be reported to the TCAF leadership. Absence from unit's Teamspeak server for over three weeks without a notification of reasons qualifies a member to being excluded from the TCAF.
7. It is mandatory to possess and use the necessary programs and sound equipment for communication - TeamSpeak 3 client, headphones and microphone.
8. Initiative in unit's activities is permitted and rewarded. All ideas should be discussed with the standing TCAF leader or the unit Military Council.
9. TCAF guarantees the assistance and protection of their pilots in case of external disputes and conflicts.
10. TCAF values friendship, open-mindedness and mutual support.

House of Dai Da Chi known as the most militant of the military houses Capellan Confederation. Warriors strive for excellence in all aspects of the art of war and they are remarkable for thier devotion to heavy, grueling workout.
The founder of the house is colonel Dai DA Chi from the unit of the Red Lancers.
As an independent unit military house has its origins in 2298. In that year was obtained permission on the formation of two battalions of combat robots. Of all the houses of the Capellan Confederation only home Dai Da Chi was allowed to accumulate such an impressive force. The next milestone was the year of 3013, when was satisfied the home request to create their own aerospace forces. Starting in 3025 the unit home base became planets Nanjing and Drozan.
A characteristic feature of the house was a tactical commitment to the open exchange of blows, as opposed maneuverable struggles, and the destruction most of the enemy opposing forces. House of Dai Da Chi attaches particular importance to the perfection of military skills, excluding the spiritual and philosophical side of workouts, typical for other military houses. Way of becoming Dai Da Chi warriors is the most severe of all those in the Confederacy and is characterized by the highest level of dropout recruits and frequent loss of humans life, which is comparable to the concept of training mech pilots adopted warriors of clans.
Currently, there is no mention of the involvement of home Dai Da Chi in the Fourth Succession War.

3th March, survivors of the initial AFFS offence are officially translated under the command of newly formed Free Tikonov Republic. Two armed companies together with half of the Fusiliers maintenance personel are switching loyalties towards Paul Ridzik. Commander of the 3rd Company, Sao-Wei Svyatoslav Rizz and Senior Maintenance Officer Bao Novac are performing successful joint operation, hijacking a Dropship and barely managing to escape the Republic space with Liao loyalists on board.
16th March, 3rd Company’s Dropship enters Capellan Confederation space and sends a distress signal. It is eventually picked by a nearby border patrol, and Dropship is escorted to House Liao military installation.
27th August, after prolonged series of interrogations and loyalty tests by Maskirovka agents, Svyatoslav Rizz and his subordinates are fully restored as Liao military personel with titles and duties. Trough the bureaucratic debrief accelerated by the martial law, undermanned unit recieves a new designation as 1st Tikonov Rangers. Due to initially inadequate military volume of the new unit, as well as insufficient trust of Command Office toward renegates, Tikonov Rangers are held away from Fourth Succession War front and assigned to internal security and bounty hunting within the Capellan Confederation space instead.
10th December, while tracking a group smugglers, Rangers arrive to the planet Minnacora. During a complimentary visit of Sao-Shao Rizz to Mandriss Orin of the House Tao, latter is a subject to assassination attempt by a member of local radical opposition. Managing to hear the grenade lever snapping, Svyatoslav Rizz is able to shield Mandriss from an explosion with his own body, saving her life but passing away due to severe blood loss.
11th December, Richard Song is officially promoted as new Sao-Shao of Tikonov Rangers. House Tao pledge their gratitude to the unit in writing form and nominate Svyatoslav Rizz to the Liao Cluster of Conspicuous Heroism, posthumously. It is notable as Tikonov Rangers first military decoration on their servitude to the Capellan Confederation.
23th December, Division received an order to stop police mission and proceed to planet Tsinghay for support remaining of Prenstons Lancers. Such order is actually merged two half-units in one full regiment.

By the end of the Fourth Succession War, multiple arrangements and acts of bribery are performed to maintain official position of the Tikonov Rangers together with it’s independent status. Unit is then assigned to the Periphery Guard as a singular division, together with Kincade’s Rangers.
1st January, Rangers are ordered to proceed to the planet Raballa and 12 mechs of Prenstons Lancers also step back with it. Command says that on arrival at the planet Rangers become the second battalion of the Lancers. Hoping to retain control of the unit and a certain independence, Sao schao Richard Song sends letter praises to Mandrisse Tao, with a request to keep unit with the condition that the Rangers will have to personally eternally home Tao and will operate in their best interests.
16th January, Rangers arrive at Raballu but hold on the orbit citing "problems with the ship." Although Fourth Succession War over, ordered to merge the two units was still in action.

I fully support the TCAF - without them, House Liao would not be able to reclaim as many planets as they have done. This is no disrespect to the other Loyalist units ([4TCR], [HLGK], [PMP], [LlAO], etc.) who have put their shoulder to the plough as well but TCAF have been the vanguard.
Mainly Russian speaking but with some English speakers, I fully appreciate their move to expand their user base with an English (Engrish?) site and forum.
Am looking forward to the day / opportunity when Tikonov is ready for 'reclamation'. Am sure that TCAF will be leading the way.

In the "heavy" ghostdrops from 1 or 20 pilots received new fraction ranks from 15 till 19 levels.
We dropping hard about 28 hours a day, and some of us stuffed 500,000 LP and some 900,000 LP.

I have ALWAYS enjoyed facing TCAF 10, 11, and 12-man Teams defending FRR or Kurita in the early Euro-cycle. Most days all the Smoke Jaguars find across the field from us are mixed Groups of Inner Sphere Common Defenders.
...and then, out of the mists of a CSJ Invasion of a border world arises the VERY WELCOME sight of a TCAF 12-man and ALL Jaguars know the game is afoot! Drop Decks are reassessed and new orders flash across chat to Soloists, who are not already in out Strana Mechty TeamSpeak!
Amid the flash and fury of simulated BattleTech combat, much enjoyment and high level tactics / Drop Commanding always are shared by ALL gamers.
I am not ashamed to admit to holding a less than 50% Win Ratio against TCAF - Oni Ochen Horoshi!
