I have a microphone that I am able to use in TS3. I am not able to use voip in game though. I press and hold capslock and it does not pick up my voice.
What do I set playback mode/device and capture mode/device to?

I have the same problem 
It works for TS and every other game under the sun.. but it's no go for MWO....

Go to Audio in Settings and turn the input gain waaaaaay up. Also make sure the inputs are correct, took me a couple of days fiddling with it to get it working. On the team roster screen before a match you will not have a speaker icon after ur name. When in game a box will appear under ur minimap with ur name when u push to talk if it is set up correctly.

Everything is set up properly... caps lock set in game for push to talk... I try to use caps lock in game and nothing... I think it's bugged
