I'm a noob who is looking to get my feet wet with CW and thought this Tuk event would be the perfect time to start. I'm located in EST (UTC -5) and should be on most evenings this weekend. I have teamspeak but no mic. I will listen and follow orders though. Are the teamspeak channels on page 1 of this thread still active? If not, what's the best way to find a Confederation drop group?
I've only been playing for about a month and a half so my mech collection is rather limited, mostly mediums and lights. However, if any of your drops have an opening I'd love to fight for the Confederation.

Add me, Orkdung, and Fellow Traveller to your friends list. Download Teamspeak3(if you haven't already), join in, kill clanners, it'll be great!

I'll check some of the teamspeak channels tonight to see if anyone's dropping.
Looking forward to it!

It is the duty of loyal Capellans everywhere to prevent our brothers and sisters from falling under the yoke of the FedCom war machine!
This means lots of opportunities for mercenaries in the employment of House Liao, which will strive to retake the planet and restore its rightful rulers. (We can argue about which Liao that is, after we get the planet back.)

We need all of you to give the highest priority to the CW right now.
TCAF is on a full scale assault on the Davions' planets, and in our prime time we are managing to take control over one of their planet as well as defend one of ours.
But once our prime time is over, these Davrats start crawling out of the holes and somehow are taking our planets, drinking our beer and eating our cookies with bacon! Is this what our chancellor wants? Don't think so...
So gather your companies and help us help the Liao territory to grow.
If you don't have enough force or you don't have a unit, you are always welcome on our team speak channel tikonov.teamspeak3.com

The Red Lancers provided the defense of Maladar in support of Tikonov Capellan Armed Forces. Noble MechWarriors of House Liao rallied to hold off a desperate strike on the orbital defenses of the planet by a pack of House Davion headhunters. The Chancellor's decision to deploy the Red Lancers is seen in some circles as tacit support for the TCAF strategy of bringing the fight to the Clans by first liberating the Tikonov Commonality.
Don't let House Davion threaten our borders! Find a space on a DropShip and take the fight to them!

Without the support from elements of the 4TCR, LlAO and some randoms who followed the commands over VoIP: This defense would have failed. As Capellans we should always fight together: not against each other.

Supporting the TCAF in kicking SunBROs in the nuts.

Article 1. Section HKO
House Kurita,House Marik,House Liao calls for an end to hostilities and mutual support in training and intelligence and signed by each respected leader of their house
in effort to counterbalance Steiner,Davion forces combined as the Federated Commonwealth on October 13, 3022
The basis of the Liao/Marik nonaggression pact is the Concord of Kapteyn. Many House Liao units uphold this, based on prior agreements with leading House Marik units.
House Marik is a good employer and good neighbor. However, if House Davion continues to roll over, I can understand if some of our new mercenary units look towards the open contracts on Marik planets in order to get a decent fight and to get paid. The chance to impress a potential employer doesn't hurt either.
If your unit does decide to engage the Free Worlds League military in joint exercises, please try not to destabilize their planetary governments in the process. More importantly, you might want arrange something with House Marik ahead of time, so you aren't doing ghost drops against their planets. Real matches against live opponents pay better.
Play nice and have fun, or...if you're fighting Davions...just have fun!

However, efforts of all units should be concentrated on taking Davion planets, as we continue to face coordinated ghost drops on that border. Capture of enemy planets continue, but our mercenary units seem less motivated in the defense of Capellan worlds. Perhaps defense contracts need to pay better?
