would love a free adder as it is the only light mech I dont have yet or grinded to master but I dont think there is anyway I will make it to even the minimum of 50 matches, wish it was lower but ohwell, good to see people who can play the entire weekend will get a free mech.

Interestingly enough, when I looked at my stats from last challenge with this challenge requirements in mind I only score 4 more points (only made it to 20 pts for last challenge). So kills get you wins people, you heard it here first!

Wave 1 and Wave 2 both got polygon camo, the polygone for wave 1 was "earned" when enough preorders were met is was like a tiered preorder reward for how many were ordered, as for the wave 2 i think it was a reward as a monthly.

When you go to the Tournaments page: https://mwomercs.com/tournaments

To the left of the name of the current challenge there's a button named 'Previous', use this to see your results from earlier Challenges. (or at least in far more detail than the Challenges page).

Thats totally unfair.

I stil think match score is a better way to do it because one kill and one assist make it to intereisting to go kammikaze mode but its better then 1k, 1a and 1w.

I wonder what will happen to the game if the criteria were 0 dmg, 1 loss and 1 kill

Sometimes i wish there was a "break" in events, just so some could relax a little and just level up their mechs.

They could intersect promos or discounts in between events on the weekends. Not everyone is able to access the weekday promos.

Maybe in the future we could see some events with more challenging requirements without the random element of win/loss.

Also, people complaining about free stuff.

I feel the same. Last weekend represented a 'significant investment of time' on my part (work, family, kids) for MWO, and I only got 20 points (24 going by the current criteria). I'll just grab that premium time asap and use it to help me grind mechs and C-bills. If it somehow happens I get a few consumables then it's all the better.

As annoying as having all the top rewards is (I bought Goluboy when it was on sale, back before Clan Wave 1 was announced), I'm happy for this. Doubt I'll make it to the top rewards, since I've been given two extra shifts over the weekend and one on Tuesday, leaving me one day to make as many points as I can.

Also, think about it this way: Sure, it's an Adder. But the Adder Prime is still better for a pilot learning light mechs than a Raven. Then again, I am in the minority that feels that pilots that use Ravens frequently could stand to learn what it feels like to be infantry.

This is a Challenge. . . not a Mech giveaway. Stop complaining about PGI giving the community an incentive to play more. If the challenge was easy or quick what would be the point? They are giving us several tiers this weekend and they have removed the win requirement of the challenge. Please stop trolling. . .

Side note: As frustrating as it is to have "your" kill stolen. This forces the solo drops to play more aggressive. I think this is a good thing. I find it more frustrating to have half my team avoiding the engagement than "stealing" my kill.
