I am at the barbershop waiting and posting from my phone, so expect typos. Also, these questions are probably answered elsewhere but I find searching and whatnot to be a pain on a phone. If you are a "search-nazi" get ready.

1. My understanding is that the game will be similar to World of Tanks but the matches will be 12 v 12 rather than 15 v 15. True or false?

2. Any idea what my chances are of getting in the beta? Does being a legendary founder help?

1. Yes, it's correct. The game itself is different, though.

2.Yes, it helps. Right now, they are randomly picking people with founders (doesn't matter which one, though).

Seems to be different sizes atm so hard to say what the final format will be.

Chances of getting in seem to be totally random among founders atm according to the devs posts yesterday. All founders will evetually get in though so a matter of staring at that horrible Pending icon until we do. :)

1. As far as we know this is true, there may be options for 4x4 or 8x8 as well.

2. Being a founder is the only way to still get into the Beta. Your level doesn't matter however.

1.) I definitely hope it is not the same at all. BT has more then 20 years of history for all the rules and the whole universe being built. They span a timeline of more then 70 years. plus the sequels and prequels like Star League and Dark Age. I really hope it will be not the same as WoT. And i hope they will put in a lot of that "history stuff" inside the game.

So now a person without founder's edition cannot do anything till open beta? That's quite... well, bad.
