That mech would get eaten alive in MWO.

This mech was not produced until a long way into the future; it only existed in the past as a failed prototype.

By all accounts, so should the Firestarter. Instead, it was changed from an anti-infantry mech into a ridiculously good gunboat. PGI can make anything good, the way they do quirks and additional weapon hardpoints.

umm WTF r u talking about...The FS9 can mount a largeer engine compared to the Faust, the FS9 is humanoid therefore can use built in PGI hitboxe exploits and the Faust is a medium mech....It wont have the size exploits to use...It will get wrekt!

It does look interesting, and a plasma rifle would be a fun addition!

PGI would likely give it more weapon hardpoints, and it will pack more armor anyway, due to its higher weight. Do not take canonical sizes to count, anyway, because the in-game sizes tend to vary drastically. In short, do not discount PGI's ability to turn an otherwise useless mech into something amazing, and vice-versa (see Awesome for example).

That said, it does not exist for a long time anyway, so it is a moot point.
