It was not MiSs that started it - though she was the one who maintained it.

It was when they deleted (for whatever reason) all the IGP accounts that we lost the original thread.

Did Reppu start it? I know it became his when MiSs left. Everything ever posted by MiSs that was pinned became owned by Reppu after, though the thread said it was created by MiSs before she left.

Then again, the fact that posts can be repossessed and thread ownership changed tells us it could've been either way.

I distinctly recall her sending me private messages wanting to add posts of mine to her little collection and handing me a form to fill out. That was the first I've seen of it when it was just starting out. That's kinda why I give her the credit there even if it might be mistaken.

The OP was his - with edits by MiSs.

2nd and 3rd posts were MiSs.

I spent a lot of time browsing that thread - partially because I kept losing my XP guide.
