Did you put SLI toggle on the Nvidia Control Panel?
Did you also ticked the 64-bit client on?

I assume you have a 64-bit Windows installed and more then 4GBs of RAM.

Start the client, press on the little 'wheel' (settings icon) on your top right and select '64-bit' client.

Not sure what's causing the problem then. On compatibility page in the controlpanel says Mechwarrior Online is properly supported.

What is your driver version?

With the update from 344.65 they did release a new driver with a SLI profile. But i agree it's very wonky at times and each patch can make it easily break.

DX11 can still cause bugs. Try to run on DX9 in MWO. See what happens?

On the Nvidia settings, on 3d Settings, select MWO, for SLI RENDERING (something like that) select render frame 1, or first frame.

It is going to stop the flicker and bugs. There is a topic about it on a patch feedback, but I couldnt find it.

If by "image split" you mean flicker.

When i Run Direct X 9, i can play, only 1 video card work and i lost the SLI
When i Run direct X 11, My Fps up, and both card work, only, i can see 2 image in same time, or i can see the game and the first image (2 image in same time)

I have never experienced that bug so far. What a strange one! That's for sure.
To my understanding one card is rendering the other is not. While both card should render in the first place.

Could you try to disable AA (Anti-Aliasing) ? And test again of this ghosting still appears.

Didnt worked? Try this:

Weird artifacts, ghosting, and overlay issues should be resolvable through the following method:

Access NVIDIA Control Panel
Manage 3D Settings
Program Settings
Add or access the profile for MWOclient.exe (not mechwarrioronline.exe)
Set your SLI Rendering Mode to 'Force alternate frame rendering mode 1'

Feel free to report back here with any changes you see

So SLI is working now with a decent FPS?

Another thing is to turn vertical sync off.
