Voip Mech Indicator

When a player on your own team is on VOIP, make their mech Yellow so you can see who is talking if they are in your view.

The blue frame could become yellow. Good idea imho.

Most games stick a speaker icon thing over their head.
I thought that was what the NARC symbol was at first.
