Real feelgood thread, OP. Nice to see on this forum of flame and hatred, thanks.

Eh not really. The OP flamed a guy in a Pub match for what he thought was a poor build. He's only apologizing because he later realized it was actually a good build, not for flaming another player in general.

It's cool to flame people for not bringing competitive builds to solo queue?

He apologised. I can count on one hand the number of times I've seen that. Baby steps and all that. Positive reinforcement is my plan here :P

Reading comprehension not a strong point? Make no mistake, THIS Is a flame, and to be clear, its directed at you.

Try rereading the original post, hasn't been edited, and....no wait, allow me

I can read good, it's just not that clear in your OP. Don't get so defensive.

Wasn't the title of the thread A Public Apology?
Pretty clear to the rest of us.

I have several times seen people with utterly craptaastic builds that somehow or another got good results out of them. So, they're obviously doing something right, but damned if I know what.

the adder isnt really that bad. just dont make the mistake of playing it like any other is light. suicide uav drops just dont work, you need to be more sneaky than that. you simply dont have the speed to get in and out fast enough. however if you play it like a medium, use it in close support with a couple of lpl and sinks up the wazzoo its actually pretty formidable.

the default omnipods are kind of bad though. no torso weapons except the flamer of extreme uselessness. get some speed tweak on in to break 100, and some other omni options and you got a formidable chassis. im getting 2 more, leveling all of them, then selling all but one, since the ct is the same across all variants. i have a feeling a 4x ssrm4 or maybe 6 build with active probe would be fairly good in the close support role. also considering autocanon and 3x mpl build would be useful.
