community tested (in the map creator and possible test server for final 5-10)
only the properly built, tested and verified by top community contributors move on to PGI for possible import into game
community filtering would relieve the work load on the PGI staff
the better the map creation tool the more submissions there would be so the community would have to provide some filtering process
i want this to be part of MWO going onto Steam
steam already has the experience to control community mods
however civ5 has a lot of garbage submitted
i would like to see more control at least for a while until we see how things work out
with the maps comes custom missions and story lines
so finally a campaign
