I am going to assume that the lack of a given date for the upgrade to production hardware is significant.

it might mean that they dont know when it'll be yet. but i would definately take it to mean that you shouldn't count on july 10th

Unless it gets delayed. This is game development. They may not be Valve, but there is always room for delays.

I can bet there will be some delay with the hardware since anyone that built a pc from the ground up know there going to be issues that pop up in the first 72 hour of burn in proccess. I also know that delivery dates can be pushed back due to ome production error/problem. I just hope that there are none of these isues for the servers. lol I have made it clear to my fiance that there will be a 24-48 hour process of me being Mia when the game launches if there no emergencies to contend with lol. ( even if i am sleeping on the couch/floor those nights)

Oh god, I read this as 'CBT2 might start earlier than July 10'. My hopes are standing here quivering in fear of being crushed under the foot of a 100-ton assault mech.

Optimism and release dates make a poor mix, in my experience. When a developer gives you a release date, they mean "no sooner than". If they tacitly stop mentioning a specific date in their plans...it's probably not because they're ahead of schedule.

Aug 7th is when the Founders are guaranteed to get access if they have not already. This is also when the injection of the founders Mech and other rewards are put into the game.

Aug 7th is not open beta.

Open Beta will be sometime after Aug 7th...we have not announced an exact date yet.

lol yeah exactly. if it was gonna be sooner you could be sure they'd say that. its gonna be later than what we were told originally
