Gray Death is one of my favorites, and you also get three mech bays and 30 days of premium time.

I have the Phoenix pack SHD and love it, bonus cbills on the 2H for when my Greydeath is stuck because someone doesn't want to die and shuts down.

I personally don't think the Grey Death is enticing enough to go for the pack, and also the pack doesn't contain the 2K.

The Grey Death is a great mech. 4 medium lasers, AC-10, and SRM6 does wonders.
I don't know what the other two mechs in the pack are but Shadow Hawks in general are pretty solid.
