For me it was easily the CTF-4X. My games were terrible in that thing. I used the 4xAC5 build but it was sooooooo slow. I played the Ilya just fine but the 4X was just painful. In the end I used 3k in GXP just to be done with it.

On a side note I did make it through some Orions and did not find them to be as crappy as I was expecting. The chassis is a dear old friend from years past but in MWO of course they under perform. It was kind of fun so maybe I'll go back to the ON1-V or ON1-M at some point.

on the first day i finished mastering all 3 dire wolves. i stripped and sold 2 of them, keeping the omnis, and bought 2 adders, so i could level up the mech from last weeks event. i also bought 2 hunchbacks. i got all the adders through basic teir and got speed tweak for all 3. the adder prime only needs the cheapest elite teir upgrade. one hunch got past basic teir, and the other was at 2 basic upgrades when the event ended, never was able to buy the 3rd hunch as intended. i expected to have them done by the end of the event, but nope.

It's a tossup between the Dragon and Awesome (these were both pre-quirk).

The Dragon sucked because losing the arms happened often enough (airstrikes, arty, etc).

The Awesome sucked... for being an Awesome. Only the 9M reduced said pain with a large XL engine.

Ravens, it really sucked. Brought Narc at first then I understood if you bring it no one brings missiles. Then I just loaded up on firepower and charged in so it was better but not by much. If you have never driven lights your in for a treat.

Gargoyles. Got my Prime(I) mastered, but it felt like a total drag. Slow, large, weakly armored and anemic weaponry. 2nd match in my D was the only real high point, when I killed a SCR, TBR, and DWF in the same round.

Which makes the fast-paced blast I had getting my summoners from nothing to mastering the prime thoroughly confusing (4 ersl, 2 nipple-mounted uav5s FTW). And now every time I see my -D's 4.5 kdr I have to wonder why I'm so bad with my other mechs.

Already had my mlx prime elited, getting it to master over the weekend was fun (and I mean that honestly, no sarcasm).

I haven't mastered them all, but I'm glad I've nearly finished with the Panthers. They are more acceptable once you get the Elite x2 bonus, but they are still almost everything I don't like in a light. I definitely won't be playing them again unless the 10K gets more impressive ERPPC buffs.

Enforcers have been surprisingly fun due to the tanky hitboxes and interesting loadouts. The 5D is kind of a **** however. I'm changing that LB10x out for 2xAC5 and won't look back.

I started on my Cicada 3C and found 1xERPPC, 1xUAC5 to be surprisingly fun and dangerous. This is what the Panther should have gotten for ERPPC buffs. 50% less heat gen, massive cooldown. The two projectiles travel close to the same speeds, and I had many rounds where I was the top damage dealer / scorer. With more ballistic buffs, it will almost be a good mech.

Direwolves have been easy to level. No comments.

I still need to work on Victors and Battlemasters. I hate the Victors, but like the Battlemasters.

BJ-3 with two PPCs. Just a playstyle I really don't like and that doesn't fit the game very well anymore. I scrapped it for LPL/ML and got much happier.

Enforcer 5P, such a feast or famine mech. 3 kills/600 damage one match, sub-100 damage the next. Ugh.

Assaults. I only had the DDC mastered. And about 1/3 of my other assaults elited. So I focused on eliting the remaining 2/3. I ran the AWS-8Q, BLR-1G, BLR-1S, VTR-9B, AS7-S. I suck at assaults, but the AS7-S was the hardest for me. Since I have 2 of them as locality perks, I rotated two builds to speed up the process. Finally got the hang of it by combining LRMs and AC20 + ML for close work.

Griffins.

As good as this mech is I have had nothing but absolutely terrible luck.

I actually quit after basics in the 1N & 3M because I had to basic them without getting a single win.

Not a single win.

Gargoyle was actually good except for the match in my Sig.
