Sorry, wrong.
- $100 = 25,000 MC equates to $1 = 250 MC =Misery= $100
- $50 = 12,000 MC equates to $1 = 240 MC =Misery= $50
- $30 = 6,500 MC equates to $1 = 216 MC =Misery= $30
- $15 = 3,000 MC equates to $1= 200 MC =Misery= not enough
- $7 = 1,250 MC equates to $1 = 178 MC =Misery= not enough
I know what you mean, what is your best bang for the buck, but that is exactly how this is set up. If you buy the 100$ pack you just spend 100$! (even reduced, and yes I bought it, too then)
It doesn't matter how many virtual fancy hats you can buy in an imaginary currency. That was 100$. People need to stop thinking that it is better to spend 100$ instead of just 50$ or 30$ because of a better (virtual) value!
Or even worse, some guys really think they actually saved money in spending more!
To clear this up, I'm not against anything of this, at all. This is usual business practice all over the world. But you ("you" in the means of people, not you personally) have to understand this practice, especially with companies selling virtual goods.
But the Misery only costs 17 bucks... which means you still have 83 virtual dollars left... to spend on other virtual crap like Mech Bays or colors or whatevers.... No way is it correct to say Misery cost =100 dollars like you posted... even with your explanation.
Look... I understand what you are trying to say... but when you post Misery = $100 thats flat out wrong in Math World...
Here is a better version that fits BOTH of our worlds
$100 = 25,000 MC equates to $1 = 250 MC =
5.6 Miserys= $17.84 (mine was 13 because of Black Friday)
$50 = 12,000 MC equates to $1 = 240 MC =
2.6 Miserys= $18.59
$30 = 6,500 MC equates to $1 = 216 MC =
1.4 Miserys= $20.65
$15 = 3,000 MC equates to $1= 200 MC =
0.67 Miserys= $22.31
$7 = 1,250 MC equates to $1 = 178 MC =
0.28 Miserys= $25.06
If I purchase a hundred dollar Gift Card to a Store and only use a portion of it on an item (lets say a sandwich)... it does not mean the sandwich cost 100 dollars total.... It does mean I spent 100 dollars to the company already.... but the product that I spent the money on does not equate to 100 dollars (it better be a gawddamn best sandwich ever otherwise).
I"m not a PGI Fan boy... and infact I stopped playing a year ago when the clan stuff came out (May through Sept did not play last year because I knew the clans would be Overpowered).. and infact I have been a spirited Voice of disapproval of PGI Failures (Mechs not sized correct, Ghost Heat, Pop Tarting, unbalanced weapons/Mechs, 500 dollar Mechs, ect) but the Misery is the only Mech in the game that I have never felt ripped off when I purchased it (for 13 bucks! lol)..
