Playing my highlander feels pretty terrible on canyon network.

Can we please have the screen shake on the way down too so we can have jumpjets without jumpsniping?

90 meters of reticile shake, please.

Edit, well 180 meters.

It really shouldn't take me multiple attempts to rise high enough to walk on the upper canyon levels.

That's the classic PGI punt: Say, "oh, we'll get right on it after [insert excuse of choice here] is done", and then they drop it silently.

It would be 90.

TT jump distances but kill the ability to aim the whole jump.

Jump jets in general make no sense right now.
My 35 ton Panther barely floats with 2 fart jets, while my Jester with 2 seems to hop about merrily...

My Heavy Metal is definitely the saddest though. I can burn 1/3rd of my disposable tonnage on JJ and barely get off the ground.

Even lights like the FS with max jets, just don't have the thrust to actually launch.

Kitfox @ 52 meters with all 6 jets, is just barely useful enough to get up on top or over some obstacles.

What makes me really sad is my Griffin.. max jets and its like anything I try to jump over just grabs its feet and drags it down, so much of its thrust is wasted.

I've been disappointed in JJ's for a long time.

Cripes, take away the ability to fire while jumping altogether if that what the issue is. Just make the Jumpjets work for cryin out loud. The damn things are 2 tons a piece on HGN. They better be twice as good as the 1 ton jets on the Victor.

I prefer no shake and a no-fire protocol unless your feet are on the ground.
And and JJ turn speed cannot exceed normal turn speed.

PGI doesn't balance very quickly. And if they do, it's disproportionate to the problem and then they're too slow and lazy to realize it and rebalance. Wait for a year for a response from Paul.

Paul hasn't been doing Balance for the better part of a year.

Hopefully they keep him tied up in the back room, and only pull him out to scare us...
