This map is incredibly boring. There is no reason to have 2 versions of it in rotation. Most of the map never ever gets used, it's always all about brawling in the lower city.

This wouldn't be so bad if this map didn't run with worst FPS than any other map in the game. Please fix it or just get rid of it. One version of this map is enough

Please keep it, it's the natural hunting grounds of the WubShee.

Short ranged, cold, plenty of cover.



One of my favourite maps, actually. Next to Mining.

Keep Frozen City, its ok - do more variants of the Maps that stil have none!

Your wub master has plenty of other maps to like, it's not like there is a shortage of close range maps in MWO. But my main gripe is that this map really needs a perfotmance pass more than anything. It just runs like crap compared to everything else.

Pretty much all the maps are all meta all the time. I remember the glory days when nobody really had a clue about meta and some strange events could occur. You may not win but you could laugh like hell doing it. Now pretty much its wash rinse repeat for every map.
The comp/group guys come into solo and force the issue making it a sh sandwich for everyone. I really dislike their mentality most days because they force everyone into the same box. Just read the forums and it becomes clear.

OMG! you LRMS on and Atlas! OMG! you have and XL in a crab.... You know that kind of drivel.

PGI should expand the map more, send the city into that massive lake, expand on that cavern in the middle, make it expansive and multiple corridors.

Allow us to get up on top of the mountain through passages and cliffsides and stuff....No point in making a map and making 85% of it unplayable and blocked off...

I rather like frozen city. It is quite the playground for my Medium Mechs and some of my best matches happened there.

If there were ever a map to remove, it woul dbe River City Night.

Both versions are some of my favorite maps and they run great on my computer. I would love to see them place a randomly spawned objective point that gave higher brawling bonus for a spawned location with outward area degrading rings for bonus points.

Maps, we really really need many more maps and all the maps we have really need some art work and cleaned up.

You must be insane, its a more interesting map than half the others.


Better than Alpine and Terra Therma at a minimum, but by a landslide for both.

One (two) of the best small maps in rotation. I would much rather see river city nuked.

I have never found this to be a helpful complaint. It comes off as fussy and exacting.

The FPS I will agree with.

I like Frozen City. It would be nice if the city was a bit bigger to allow for more flanking oppertunities.

There is kind of a closed mentality about this map where the tunnel is rarely used, and even in conquest where there's a cap point over the side of the ledge you don't usually see much action there. There are really only 2 fighting avenues, over the hill or in the lower city. I would like to see this map stay but get some treatment to make it more interesting. Maybe more openings into the tunnel, like one at the top of the hill maybe. A large secondary hill could provide a more broad path to the lower section, too.

I think the gradual increase in speed we have seen over the years has really hurt the 'tunnel rush'. You used to be able to get in the opponent's backfield and mess them up, but now so many heavier mechs can respond to it quickly, it doesn't pay off as much.
