Starting this sunday is Kuritan Heritage Week. Remember to post some reasons why you're proud to be Kuritan. Perhaps some songs or poems by Kuritan artists.

I present an adapted musical accompaniment to one of the great Kuritan war dramas of the star league era. It stands as one of the most famous depictions of one of the many wars of earthly aggression that defined the ancient terran hegemony. Many first time viewers are surprised by the pro-earthling narrative bias would be allowed to escape the censure of ISF, but in 2779 then-Coordinator Minoru Kurita issued a royal decree exempting the work from any being included in any category of vulgar or culturally hazardous material for reasons unknown.

When it comes to Anime-Mecha

Xenogears is king, Square is dumb for not re-releasing it or putting it on steam

I almost forgot this clip of ancient kuritan hunting dogs rallying under the code of bushido to fight the invading ancestors of clan ghost bear.

With the aid of the most honorable of samurai marksmen, the hunting dogs utilize the secret martial art zetsu tenrou battouga to decapitate the ghost bear khan, and the formerly most dishonorable shogun Riki dies vindicated as his son unites the daimyos.

Goodness sakes! Isn't it enough that we have more Heritage days, weeks, and months than we can count in RL? Now we have to have virtual, in-game ones as well?

A collection of traditional Harrow's Sun haikus, in Great Celebration of Kuritan Heritage Week.

Summer
Summer Is Great Fun

Fun In The Hot Summer Sun

I Hope It Won't Rain

Dream for Dear Coordinator and his Combine
I Dream of His Smile

Love of Kurita Is Pure

How Lucky I Am!

The Great Dragon's Strength
The Dragon Is Strong

Who Dares Stand Against Its Might?

Only A Fool Tries

Reflections on the Clans
They Come And Bring War

Quite Frightful Is Their Hubris

The Dragon Will Feast

To Dine With Dear Coordinator
A Great Feast Was Had

Dear Coordinator Said,

Thank You For Coming

And Finally, a Poem said to have been written by Dear Coordinator Himself

Dear Coordinator's Thoughts On His Loyal Samurai
Ah, I Think Daily

Of My Beloved Samurai

My Pride Is Immense
