Once you realize that everything on this forum is propoganda, you have a lot more fun.

You give NKVA way too much credit if you call our posting propaganda.

Propaganda abounds. Whiner's are trying to propagate the image that there is unbalance so that they get the game built around them. Exploiters defend their exploit so they can keep it. All the various units post crap to make themselves feel better and denigrate the opponent. Factions do the same and take isolated incidents and blow them into massive campaigns of shame and injustice, to justify them doing what they were going to do anyways. Trolls who get pwnd play the puppetmaster card. It's all B as in B, S as in S.

For the longest time, it was thought that The Clans launched their attack to reach the Holy Relic of the Inner Sphere, Terra, and reestablish the Star League in the name of Nicholas Kerensky. This has been their publicly stated agenda since the beginning of the invasion. The Draconis Combine, however, have unearthed the secret agenda behind the invasion through a covert infiltration campaign. ISF agents were cleverly disguised wearing only loincloths and carrying clubs and rocks on their person, then jettisoned at high velocity onto occupied clan worlds, where the mighty, brainless warrior culture was none the wiser. Numerous ISF agents made the ultimate sacrifice (ha ha ha) in order to obtain the following data:

Behold The Demolitionmech, industrial mech utilized by the Inner Sphere and unmatched Banger of Rocks. The Clans, as jealous as they are fat and stupid, have launched an invasion into the Inner Sphere to obtain the blueprints to this machine to facilitate easier Banging of Rocks. This will provide their small, walnut-like brains with endless mirth and joy as they engage in their favorite pastime on a scale they could never before have imagined.

These ignoble, mouthbreathing simians must be stopped; left unchecked they will bang rocks until all the planets of the galaxy are but dust and scattered particles, leaving it in a state very closely resembling the average Clanner's brain. Ha ha ha.

Many shitpost, but few turn shitposting into an art. You make this forum a better place whether people understand it or not.

Greetings all,

If you'll remember that at the time of the 'creation' of this game, the 'Mechs and artwork.

- This type of device was quite common as a method to demolish structures.
- We have advanced far beyond this now, with complete building and structure 'deconstruction' taking only a few seconds and large amounts of 'precisely placed' explosives. The brute force method is no longer required or used, we just don't have the time or ability to use this method on much larger structures, in sometimes 'tight locations'.

Yes, it's a joke thread. But some of the early designs for BattleTech really show the age and the tech level of the time.

Just saying,

I'm not sure what you mean here. do you mean that when the art was made in the 1980s, construction was all done by mechwarriors swinging morningstars, but that we have since discovered dynamite? or are you roleplaying and part of your personal canon is that dynamite is lostech

Please, Dawnstealer. At least post the whole thing.

Also, fortunately the originator of the DemolitionMech is Capellan (Glasgow), keeping the true goal of the Clans safely behind Terra. We shall keep the Clans denied of superior rock-banging technology with your aid. Except Davion aid. That's more like some kind of immunodeficiency syndrome for military structures.

I see you have developed insight into the deepest reasons we detest the Suns.

Suns are made of plasma, an electrically neutral medium of unbound positive and negative particles. Thus, Davions are Particle Men.

Particle Men? What are they like? It's not important.

Triangle Men hate Particle Men. They have a fight, Triangle wins. Thus is the natural order of the universe maintained.
