unfortunately these are all extended universe characters who probably official no longer exist but still my favorites are:
1) Coran Horn (ex police officer who joined Rogue Squadron and later became a Jedi, I am named in his honor)
2) Jana Solo (Han and Leia's daughter, Jedi Knight and former Rogue Squadron pilot)
3) Mara Jade Skywalker (once the Emperor's Hand, basically a force trained secret agent, the Emperor's dying request was for her to kill Luke Skywalker, it took her about 6 years to accomplish that last command, several years on she decided to marry Luke)
