Since last patch I've a lot of fun with UAC10 build

ADR-A

Quirks allow very reliable double tapping and the whole salvo can be finished faster then ERML shot so damage is nicely concentrated.

I will run ER PPC's on my adder prime if it's the last thing I'll do.

You can't force me into your IS meta ****. I will remain true to the mech.

would preffer if they fixed the flamer and then gave a flamer quirk for the adder...

Also tree physics being added soon. Flamer setting entire forests on fire to prevent enemies reliably hitting them as well as making them heat up sounds like fun.

Now that the flamer is off I think I'll try a 5xcmpl build...

That is exactly what I did, and it's ******* deadly. I've added a bunch more 800+ damage screenshots to my library since using this build.

Yes that build is deadly as hell even use it in CW, already broke 1k pugging.

Aren't you running out of ammo ? I use 3-3,5 tons of UAC10 ammo in a lot of games and that's with 3 ER ML to take less important shots.

I'd change left hand into other balistic arm for another 5% cooldown and bit more free armor and shave another half ton of armor from it (and maybe legs a bit) to get additional ton of ammo.

5 MPL sounds like it would run really hot.

I've been running 5 ERML, with a targeting computer and a ton of heat sinks. It feels okay but I have to use it more. The top 3 lasers are great for hill peeking. With the range module they go out to 900 meters too. Very versatile build. I hate being range limited by the pulses. Lights just aren't great for close quarters

I guess you could remove the targeting computer for 4 more heatsinks but I find I'm rarely heat capped

I don't run my laser Adders anymore. The face time just gets you killed...since the changes to PPCs if you run a pure Prime build omnipod wise you get 15% more velocity (for 1380) and 15% less heat. When you hit the cap it still takes a bit to cool down but if you play like a fire support 'mech you can contribute in a big way because you will stay alive longer without having to take return fire.

The 2xLRM15, 2ERML Adder got even better.
Adds in a TAG now for added bonuses. :)
