[Don Alosi]

Now that the tournament is over, just for fun, what were your average scores?

Here's mine:

Lights 48.75 (12 matches)
Mediums 58.7
Heavies 52 (1 match)
Assaults 53.2

I thought i would do far worse in Assaults, to be honest.

just from the 20 qualifying matches per class, but I do understand that third grade math is a lost art, nowadays.

Medium: 35 (only 1 game)
Heavies: 46 (only 3 games)
Assaults: 64 (14 games that counted)

Lights 44
Medium 59.6
Heavy 51.25
Assaults 66.9

Lights: 50 (I laughed when the scores all added up to 1000, all done in the Panther 10k)

Meds: 58.65 (all done half in the Cent AH and half in the Enforcer 5D® )

Heavies: 60.3 (all done in the Illya, except one were I accidentally dropped in my Cataphract 1X)

Assaults: 65.2 (All done in the King Crab 000(L) )


I gotta admit, there were some times were I was just like "Okay...team's not doing anything. I'm going to rambo in and do at least 300 damage before I die..." And I often times would. I suspect if I had more patience, I could have done much better. *shrug*

Because copy+paste into your spreadsheet of choice and doing three AVG formulas takes sooooo much time...

It really only takes about 30 seconds.

Go to the tournament page and select/highlight the data with your mouse and copy it. Next go into google spreadsheet and paste it. Then click an empty box and type without quotes "=average(" . Now with your mouse drag select the score column. Finally, close the parenthesis with a ")" and hit enter.

• Light: 63.2
  
• Medium: 90.95
  
• Heavy: 58.1
  
• Assault: 59.2

As you can tell I am a medium pilot.

These were 20 games each

Figure the lights that were eligible for the bonus, compared to other weights...mix in the fact that lights are generally harder work requirement for a high score...I think lights will be lowest.

If more people knew how to be super awesome with mediums, I'd put odds on that class being highest, but if i were a betting man, I'd bet assaults on taking the highest (easier to get generally higher scores + King Crab L, Dire Wolf i s being eligible)

My avg score is quate bad actually. I played heavily the Gargoyle, the Adder and the Summoner as a solo. I probably would have done better with better mechs.

Light: 51.6 (Adder only)
Medium: 78.85 (Stormcrow mostly)
Heavy: 71.73 (60/65% Hellbringer, rest Summoner)
Assault: 65.4 (95% Gargoyle)

An avg less than 70 is quite bad, actually.
