Yupp. To get all IS happy all Clanmechs should Auto explode after 15sec in battel and this should Count as kill wih 1000000dmg for all IS Players.

while I agree with some of the OPs sugestions, I think only the Timber Wolf, Stormcrow, and possibly Mad Dog and Hellbringer really need them applied, all other Clan Mechs have significant enough disadvantages (e.g. horrendously slow or insufficient tonnage for weapons) that they are not significantly overpowered
