So I went to use the Support Email for an issue in game and discovered there are several.
Used to be just one.
I guess I use Technical?
What is the point of General and Feedback? The rest I understand but these two I could see getting flooded with emails from people looking for personal responses and attention.

I mailed the "technical" section, judging by the contents of the automatic reply that seems the right place. Anyone an idea how long it usually takes to get a response from them?

Since your patch I have no game. Just a message that says Game server down. None of the Support addresses work so I am posting here! My PC isn't the problem nor connection. Comcast T1 service. I am posting due to the fact that my entire clan has no issues and I cant play! Why? Thank You

Now I get 2 auto-responses.
First is the usual one it was received.
Second mentions Stability & Performance or Connection & Server issues require additional info.
With some problems, how can you tell?

Best not post your e-mail like that in plain text. Bots like to crawl the net and send you spam.
Posting it alongside your username is just asking for hackers / phishers.
