But... I don't get it.
What exactly are those adjustments for?

Will these sorts of rewards be advertised in game to make sure people making decisions on factions are informed through the game not the forums?

This sort of thing needs to be in game to effect population sizes and draw units into new contracts for better gain.

Reward payouts for those who are under contract with one of the three Factions listed.

Base contract amounts - all other houses and clans are 50 LP and 50K cbills before adjusters

To get players to play those factions. Us green chickens seem to be doing okay, though, hence the smaller boost. Clearly the other factions have a lot more players, and PGI is trying to balance the teams numbers a little.

Unfortunately there are no announcement systems for in game. But yes you can tell by clicking on a planet info it shows the higher amounts.

They are to give people a reason to play for those factions. Better rewards to draw more people into the trap.

These factions need merc units more so they will pay them more.

But this really isn't that much.

Well that is something at least.

Are you planning on adding announcements systems in game? This would be a boon to a number of areas of player experience.

... oh and faction chat ... but i have bugged you about that before ^_^

The announcement is when you click on a planet to see contract amount.

I'd move but I'm not very interested in breaking contract early. Pondering.

Has to do with faction popularity itself. Liaos and Jaguars were predictable. I am actually surprised the Falcons need help.

There's not enough C-Bills in the Inner Sphere to get me to fight for Liao.

Comstar is playing a dangerous game with this one. You are interfering in the spoils of war. Terra might not find as many willing defenders if the clans decide to push that way....
