hey im having probs setting up my sig. never done one in a forum before but i liked one of the concept art here so i wanted to use that but all it does is post a link not the actual picture can anyone help pls?

You must first post the image on a websight like http://imgur.com/, then post the image. Copy/paste doesn't work. You also have to be 80x720 pixels.

first of all, it cannot be larger that 720px wide and 80px tall. your pic is like 500 times that size.

second you have to wrap them in a img tag, [img]url[/ img] (without the space)

yeah, your sig is waaaaaaaaaaaaaaay too big.

Resize it, crop it and it should be fine.
