A final note

The Zeus 6S is garbage. It's the most average mech I've run in a while, and it needs another missile hardpoint or it's going in the trash heap with the grasshoppers.

I find that odd I think the Grasshopper is the best Is heavy in the game its tall its thin I find it very xl friendly so its agile, it feels like my victor used to before the JJ nerfs

Yeah, my only "knock" is I just prefer ballistics builds. The mech itself, hitboxes, speed, hardpoints are all pretty solid though.

I actually did expect to like the GH more than the Zeus, being not much of an "Assault" guy (the prenerf VTR being my exception)..... but actually really love my ZOOS.

I guess I gotta come up with a working PPC GH version to get my PP-FLD fix.

The grasshopper would be great if it wasn't huge(ly stupid looking.) I was in the same boat, super excited for the GH, and ambivalent about the zeus. The Zeus is the only reason I didn't clamor for a refund.

The only thing I mind about the Grasshopper is that I cant see Lights (either friendly or unfriendly) standing right in front of me

It needs shinview mirrors or something

like all of the resistance mechs so far but the panther.. hard to do anything useful with it when it really only has erppc quirks.. the resistance enforcer is another difficult one ... still trying to figure out how to use the quirks to my advantage on that one.

For the non-R variants I just ignored the quirks and did ERLL + some ML + some SRMs. Worked way better. The ® variant using ERPPC + 2 SRM4 is workable but 2 ERLL + missiles of choice also works.

Problem would be solved if we could DFA.

I ignored the quirks on the Panthers and ran them like Firestarters. Lots of ML or MPL and SRMs of some sort (2xSSRM2 or SRM4s depending on my mood). Though the PPC quirks are sick if you're a sniper and like that sort of thing.

LOL, what is with the Zeus? Everyone has been focusing on my RIght torso...are they confused looking at me backwards or something? It is funny to see people maining my RT, I just turn and let them have it....

2 games yesterday, less then stellar losses. Still, in 1, 2 kills, like 4assists, 600 dmg, next game, horrible, only 398 or so..no kills...derp.
