for some reason I dont like the wubs, I run them on some builds because its all they can take and sometimes can do devastating damage but it doesn't feel fullfilling I preffer Cuacs sure people say they suck but man they feel better. even when i run a lbx 10 with a cuac5 when i shoot both in one spot it actually feels like it tears crap up. I do have decent aim so i dont spread the damage all over. but it seems like i get better rewarding results there,

Clan Gauss, because reasons. CERML, because other reasons. Heavily overquirked IS weapons on certain chassis.

Honestly, i'd use a clbx-2 if it would be the best weapon to kill things.

My favorite is the IS large pulse laser. (Especially on the Wolverine.)

I've been playing clan mechs lately and really like their large pulse lasers. The extra burn time on the regular lasers don't suit me too well and I end up spreading the damage too much, though I still use medium lasers a lot. I used to like the ERPPC back in the poptart days with my Ily (I put that thing on pretty much anything I could) but I find them too hot for my play style now.

Visual wise? I like the Giant Drum of LRMs (LRM20 moreso than LRM15) on the shoulder of Thunderbolt 5S. Basically the only reason i'm actually using that mech (i'm one of those people that use mechs for their aesthetics)

Not a big fan of the way missile projectiles look themselves. I feel the smoke trail should be thicker and more noticeable (and much darker, like black as coal). I also feel the missiles themselves should be faster and move in a straight line if shot with LoS (instead of arcing like now), like in older MechWarrior games.

Sound wise, i don't like anything now. I prefer the weapon sounds from back in Beta.

Stat/gameplay wise i really like Clan Autocannons (burst fire) and part of me wishes ALL autocannons worked that way (because i'm an IS player)

IS AC/20. I love how it staggers enemy mechs when it hits them, and it is a very efficient killer. It's good on opponents that are at full health and even better on damaged ones.

These Enforcers are making me appreciate the AC/10 much more than before.. The ENF-4R with 5 ML and AC/10 is a cockpit smashing machine! Better velocity, range and cooldown and much lighter(edit: compared to an AC/20) to carry the amount of ammo you need to fire that thing all match long!

AC10, machine gun (moreso in previous titles, not great in this one), pulse lasers of all stripes, and because it was just a silly weapon that was a lot of fun, the Long Tom, which is sadly not featured in this game.
