I can see a whole category of modules that take weapon specific characteristics and let you play around with them.
UAC - jam rate/burst duration (for clan)
LBX - spread/crit chance
SRM/LRM - spread/velocity
(ER)PPC - velocity
Lasers - beam duration
AC - not sure what to do here...
GR - length of time that you can hold a charge or reduction of the charge delay

If they can quirk it, they can modularize it. Let's hope they don't make a habit of it.

I hope they add quirks for MG rate of fire, using similar code as the AMS rate of fire module...
