I'd love to have a copy to stomp on some tanks and try some new Mech loadouts while crossing a jungle and burning trees with my PPC!

I have a steam account and I promise you that I'll give MW:LL a try! I've discovered it one year ago and unfortunately I don't own Crysis, so I couldn't see how great it is.

So ive been waiting for MW5 and just today i found out there is an MW online in the doings =) and that there is a mod to Crysis that involves mechs!! damn good news for me..

And then this nice post comes along?.

So why should i be one of those that gets a free copy of crysis? Dont have a good reason but id love to play MW:LL

Even if i dont get a copy i´ll buy crysis and get MW:LL now that i know it exists =)

Great idea and swell of you to do this, Moppelkotze! Not applying for a copy here, but have to say it's a sweet way to propagate wider-spread playing of BattleTech!

Reasons I should get Crysis Warhead.

#1 I REGISTERED THE PILOT NAME JACOB FRIGGIN BANNSON.

#2 Although I wasn't born near Ruhrgebiet in the good ole' Bundsrepublik Deutschland[color="#000000"], I have been to Leipzig (yea I know it's in Eastern Germany and not really close but it still counts, right?[/color]

[color="#000000"]#3 I have one of the absolute largest Mechwarrior collections (of the minatures game) ever compiled and I played the game religiously when it was in circulations (2004 US Nationals).[/color]

#4 I could probably tell you percentages by faction/clan/allegiance/lance/star of prevalence of mech load-outs according to the battletech/mechwarrior novels/games. (For instance House Kurita has 20 different mech types in the Dark Age/ Age of Destruction timeline, 5 of which have 8 of which have jump jets (40%) compaired to the 210 mech models from that timeline that have JJ, gives HK 3.8% of all the JJ technology in the known universe.

#5 Anyone who didn't know that, probably won't play LL 1/10th as much as me.

#6 I'm so awesome that my birth name (Chuck Norris) was what Chuck Norris officially had his name changed to, lol.

#1 I want this game solely to play MW:LL (seriously i would stop playing skyrim just to blast some mechs online)

#2 I dont know a whole lot about battletech universe but surely i am eager to learn.

#3 Did i mentioned that i love blasting people with my blazing lazerz?

Would love to give MW:LL a try.....after playing MW, MW2, MW3 and MW4 for years i would love to see what mechs could look like on a modern game engine.

I have been playing MWLL 5 nights a week for a year and a half an I am still enjoying it. To think this mod is not even done, not even half done from what I can gather. We get new toys every now and then and the community has been pumping out maps. You want mech action! Trust me nothing gets better than MWLL at the moment, not until MWO at least!

Please check the forum of MWLL as there may be little difficulties to run MW:LL.
First of all install Crysis Wars and run it once. Create a profile and a multiplayer account.
Login to the multiplayer account. Close Crysis Wars and install the mod.
You may have an issue that it complains the cd key is wrong [I didn't have that issue].

To bad that there is really bad weather here in sweden atm so steam can process my downloads at all. =(
