Has the engine cap been declared yet? Is anyone still waiting to buy a pack till the engine cap is declared? Last I remember it was going to be between 180 and 210?

180, same as the Cute Fox, with a maximum of 7 TrueDubs.

So it going to be the raven 2.0 minus the 3L? I bet they make a nice hero version. 
I had a lot of fun in my slow ravens the first mech i bought, of coarse jj were good then and alpine did not exist.
