I have read and comprehend the EULA and TOS. I am in no way looking to buy an account. People projecting that to other transactions is their prerogative. But assumptions do not make things a violation.

And this does not need to involve a transfer of a good. PGI can manufacture a million gold mechs if they want. They have agreed not to release more than a limited quantity however. When I bought a gold mech I bought the right to own one. If someone wishes to relinquish their right then that frees up one that PGI can issue. So it is not a transaction of moving something from A to B, it is destroying A so B can be issued to someone else who purchases the right to own one.
