Well... I can't say I'm surprised, but definately disappointed.
None of us were expecting a copyright claim from Disney. I can't for the life of me understand how anyone would confuse the Urbanmech with R2-D2, but that's lawyers for you.
I'm told this has all been sudden, so it will be a while before PGI can get refunds to those that pre-ordered.

with the current way the PGI urbie looks like, the aprils fool would ahve worked if Nintento caused this issue by the mech looking too much as a goomba or toadward.
