So. How does this work? I bought a gift mech about 10 hours ago and haven't received the code to redeem.



Contacted Xsolla (they were wicked quick with replies, bravo) and still haven't received any code. but Xsolla confirmed payment made, transaction completed, my bank confirms also.

Submitted a report ticket to billing last night. Now what? Keep waiting?

Hey Dawg,

Mail system is showing a completed Delivery of both the Gift Code e-mail and the receipt e-mail to the address associated with your account. I've re-sent it just now, which is also listing as a successful delivery. Let me know if you still don't see them anywhere in your e-mail provider, and I'll direct message the Code itself.

Hi Alex, my payments via Xsolla usually work, but they keep me logged into my Paypal account, no matter how often I unckeck the respective checkbox. I really think PGI should consider moving to another service. This is starting to piss me off and I don't want you to pay the bill (aka receiving no more money from me...). Just my 2 c

I've just the opposite problem, payments through Xsolla don't work, and talking my card company into processing them is a huge headache on my part. If I'd use paypal for more than one thing I might get it, but that hasn't happened yet. Karma Koin wasn't too bad, but since PGI ditched that I've had to either go out of my way to acquire 'gift cards' for my own use, or order them online well in advance and...

My point is, if someone wants my money, I shouldn't have to jump through a bunch of hoops.

Bravo to customer service, they just happen to be out of 'good' suggestions for me.

I tried to check what packs I'd bought so I'd know what to do if I wanted to upgrade and earn some loyalty Mechs.

However, the receipts I have from Xsolla don't provide any details, they only show that I bought something from Piranha on a certain date. What a PITA.

The PayPal receipts do show what I bought.

go to your forum profile and hit 'preorders' There is all the information you need. You just need to check when you bought the stuff on the Xsolla receipts

If you hit the content tab it has a checklist letting you know if you are eligible.
