1. Mouse only goes part way across screen ( cntrl + alt + del ) close manager back to game fixes this.
2. press ctrl alt delete windows bounce back and fourth between game and ms windows
3. The user interface UI is supposed to mean exactly that so why does it do its own thing when you set the options to custom when i set motion blurr on high or low it should mean exactly that option blurr on not off.
4. After you have set the game to full screen shouldn't it launch it in full screen after you have hit play on the launcher.
5. Shouldn't there be a file where the settings can be altered so that they are the default settings for instance every time i hit (Very High) setting, my card is set to POSTAA when my card is actually TXAA.

- Motion blur is a known 'forced' variable at the moment; the currrent option is a placebo placeholder.
- There's a difference between the login window & the game window. The game window will be full screen.
- There is such a file. You can google for more information, but you need to look for "cfg" files in your MWO install directory. (Or alternatively, might be your "Username > Saved Games > Mechwarrior Online" folder; my own cfg files don't show up there as opposed to the main install directory as of yet.)
For specifically setting POSTAA vs TXAA, you should look for a "game.cfg". (BTW, graphics cards are capable of rendering AA in just about any mode - it depends more on your software, the hardware limitation is merely whether your card is strong enough for more advanced processing. If your card can handle TXAA without a decrease in FPS performance, or a drastic increase in heat, then your hardware is probably just fine. You can also, alternatively, use your card's software control panel to force the type of processing you want [for Nvidia cards, it's the "NVIDIA Control Panel"].)
I would highly advise googling to find further info, as not all parameters of the Cryengine 3 are affected/'open' for configuration in MW:O...to put it simply, it gets complicated; and the same goes for information related to graphics cards and processing methods.

there is a game.cfg file in there that says DO NOT ALTER! so i altered it! to txaa
; DO NOT MODIFY THIS FILE!
r_Driver="DX11"
d3d9_TripleBuffering=0
r_txaa=1
r_msaa=0
r_postaa=0
Still doesn't explain where the rest of the settings are stored.

d3d9_TripleBuffering=0
r_txaa=1
r_msaa=1
r_postaa=0
Ok this is the correct setting for TXAA.
I set game.cfg to read only so hopefully the game cant alter it.

Motion blur is now on.
This is a bug, the game isn't reading the settings, and setting them, they have to be set in game.
Very annoying.

user.cfg - search for this.
Also, some things are disabled or unsupported by the game client. What is and isn't can be subject to change as well. Sometimes we aren't told because it doesn't make sense to put it in the patch notes and then have people that don't understand what they're reading try to fool with it.
The rest is up to you.

You haven't been reading.
Motion Blur doesn't work; the options to turn it on are deactivated. It's known to cause some serious stability issues (game crashes).
TXAA has issues and has been disabled. By turning on MSAA you have turned on MSAA and not TXAA. TXAA support is supposed to come back on the second patch of this month.
No settings above "Medium" truly work in terms of anything beyond particles and draw distance in object details. This is because support for lower end computers has been top priority since 2012.

This is not particularly true. Trust me, after all the testing I've done if high and very high didn't change anything there'd have been a gigantic thread in here detailing what doesn't work along with colorful commentary about how angry I am because of it.
